This isn’t really a service I advertise too much, but if you want a website done and have some relation to me, then I can try and get something sorted out for you!
Simple websites will be built with the WordPress framework, simply because it’s easy to add pages/posts, and the wide variety of themes I can base the site on is pretty good. Anything more advanced will be decided on a case by case basis.
